This notice explains the processing involved in this domain sale page and business purchase inquiries.

Hosting, security and approximate country

Cloudflare hosts this website and its server functions. Serving and securing requests involves technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and security events. The page obtains a country estimate from Cloudflare’s request metadata to preselect the business country. It does not use browser GPS or precise-location permission. You can change the selection. This estimate is not proof of residence, business establishment or tax treatment.

This processing serves our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and presenting useful regional information (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Country-specific API responses are not cached. This application does not write buyer details to a database or application log.

Business purchase checks and VIES

When you select “Confirm”, your selected business country and business declaration are sent to our Cloudflare-hosted function. For EU businesses outside Germany, we also request your VAT ID, but no company name. The VAT country code and number are transmitted to the European Commission’s VIES service and relevant national tax administration. We require a valid result for that exact country and VAT number; a returned company name is not used as an eligibility condition. VAT validity does not prove that the buyer owns or represents that entity, or establish conclusive tax compliance. Before transfer, the seller must reconcile the buyer and invoiced entity with the VAT ID. VIES unavailability, invalid IDs or mismatches result in manual review, never automatic tax exemption. Non-EU checkout eligibility is based on your business and establishment declaration, not verified business status. The seller remains responsible for confirming invoice details, business evidence and transaction-specific tax treatment. These checks support steps toward a contract and tax compliance (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR). You can ask for human review; confirming these details does not place an order or take payment.

Contact form and email

When you submit an inquiry, your name, email address, company (if supplied), offer in EUR, message and business declaration are sent through FormSubmit to our inquiry mailbox. If you use “Send a purchase inquiry” after an online check, the form also includes your selected business country, company (if supplied) and purchase intent; it does not copy your VAT ID. FormSubmit receives the request and technical connection data directly from your browser. We use these details to handle your inquiry and take pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or to respond to other business correspondence in our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can contact us by email instead. Please do not send payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Escrow and recipients outside the EEA

Only clicking the final “Buy now via Escrow” button posts the seller, domain, EUR price and transaction terms to Escrow.com in a new tab. Checking eligibility does not contact Escrow.com. No Escrow tracking image is loaded. No payment information is collected on this website. Escrow.com processes the information you provide under its own terms and privacy notice. Cloudflare, FormSubmit, email service providers and escrow providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States, where data-protection rules may differ. Contact the controller for information on the providers and applicable transfer safeguards.

Storage and retention

Your theme preference is stored only in your browser’s localStorage until you clear site data. It is not used for tracking or sent as preference records to a third party. The website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and includes no analytics scripts. Fonts are hosted locally, so loading them does not contact Google. Necessary hosting/security processing remains as described above.

Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any related claims. Records that become subject to statutory accounting or tax retention are kept for the applicable legal periods. Provider-side technical and delivery records follow the relevant service arrangements and retention policies. You can request information about the retention applicable to your data.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it with future effect. Providing purchase and inquiry details is voluntary, but we may be unable to proceed without the information needed to respond or confirm the tax treatment.
